Privacy Policy
Roya Nama (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) is a dream interpretation mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Roya Nama, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, profile photo URL (if provided), and a provider user identifier needed to keep your account.
- Dream content. Dreams you submit, clarifying answers you provide, and follow-up messages in a conversation, so we can generate interpretations and keep your chat history.
- Preferences. Your preferred app language/locale.
- Purchase and credit data. In-app purchase receipts, product identifiers, credit balances, and premium status, processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Ad reward activity. If you watch rewarded ads, we record reward claims (for example daily limits and credits granted) via Google AdMob server-side verification.
- Technical data. Session/authentication tokens and basic server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
We do not ask for or require a password. We do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use information
- Provide dream interpretations and conversation history
- Authenticate you and maintain your account
- Manage credits, free plan grants, and premium access
- Process purchases and refunds with Apple or Google
- Grant rewarded-ad credits when applicable
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations
3. AI processing
Dream text and related answers are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini via our backend) to generate interpretations. Do not include information in dream descriptions that you do not want processed for this purpose.
4. Third-party services
We rely on the following categories of providers:
- Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In (authentication)
- Google Gemini (AI interpretation)
- Apple App Store / Google Play (payments)
- Google AdMob (rewarded ads, if enabled)
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our API
Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s and Google’s terms.
5. Data retention
We keep account and conversation data while your account is active. Server logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations and security.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can delete your account from within the App: open Roya Nama → Profile → Delete account. Steps are also listed at roya.barnammer.com/delete-account (for Google Play / App Store account-deletion links). Deletion deactivates the account, revokes sessions, clears stored conversation messages and retrieved context, removes profile fields on file, and zeros out credits. Some records may remain in backups or purchase ledgers for a limited time where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
You may also revoke Google or Apple access to Roya Nama from your Google or Apple account settings.
7. Children’s privacy
Roya Nama is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use the App responsibly.
9. International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our servers or AI providers operate. By using the App you understand that your data may be transferred to those locations.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
