These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roya Nama mobile application and related services (“the App”), operated by Kurd App Dev (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Roya Nama, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Roya Nama provides AI-assisted dream interpretation based on classical Islamic dream-interpretation methodologies and related reference material. Interpretations are for personal, informational, and entertainment use. They are not religious rulings (fatwas), medical advice, legal advice, or professional counseling.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the App and create an account (and in any case be at least 13). By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts and sign-in

You may sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google or Apple account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.

4. Credits, purchases, and ads

Some features consume credits or require a premium plan. Free credits, rewards, and plan details may change.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to their terms and refund policies.
If rewarded ads are enabled, watching an eligible ad may grant credits subject to daily limits and verification rules.
Credits and digital content have no cash value and are generally non-transferable except where store rules require otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service
Abuse rate limits, reverse engineer the API beyond permitted use, or scrape content at scale
Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
Use interpretations to harm others or as a substitute for professional advice
Resell or commercially exploit the App’s output without our permission

6. AI content and accuracy

Interpretations are generated with third-party AI systems and classical source material. Results may be incomplete, incorrect, or culturally contextual. You use them at your own judgment. Do not rely on the App for decisions about health, safety, finances, or legal matters.

7. Intellectual property

The App, branding, UI, prompts, and our curated materials are owned by us or our licensors. Classical source texts remain attributed to their respective authors and traditions. You retain rights to dream text you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it to operate the service (including sending it to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy).

8. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App you also acknowledge that policy.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free interpretations, or that store purchases will always succeed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our publishers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may stop providing the App or change features with reasonable notice when practicable. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and IP) continue after termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
